Remove Antispyware Soft

Antispyware Soft also known as AntispywareSoft is a rogue program from the same family as Antivirus Suite and Antivirus Soft. Like its predecessors, this fake anti-spyware program is promoted by fake malware removal websites and Torjan Horse viruses. Once Antispyware Soft is downloaded and installed, it configures Windows to automatically run the rogue program whenever the computer is restarted.

Antispyware Soft will automatically perform a fake spyware scan and display a false infection report in order to pressure you into paying for a full license to remove these infections. This is a total scam; you should ignore the fake warning messages and uninstall this rogue before it can further damage your PC. Antispyware Soft will try to disable and block your anti-virus and firewall software. The safest and effective way to remove this fake program is to follow the directions outlined below.

Once you have removed Antispyware Soft from your computer using either the automatic or manual method, make sure to block it and other malicious software using a HOSTS file. Please note that with the auomatic method, your computer should be protected from future spyware threats since you now have a spyware blocker program installed. We recommend downloading the HOSTS file from here, which contains a complete, up-to-date list of malicious websites especially if you used the manual method.

I’ve got some sort of virus that won’t let your program start,or scan or whatever it’s supposed to do. Everything is getting blocked. Somebody is demanding money from me to make it go away. They want my credit card number, then they’ll start they’re anti-virus scan and remove the hell they have created…..

  • Mike, do you know what messages it displays? Does the screen of the virus program have a name? That will let you know what instructions to follow. Otherwise, you can boot into safe mode with networking (instructions) and download the recommended spyware remover program on this website. Then you can do a scan and figure out what virus you have. Finally, you can let the spyware remover program remove it for you or find the manual removal instructions for that particular virus.

Whatever you do, do not pay or enter your credit card number for that virus… if you pay, the virus will still be there.

What's your opinion?
