You have to becareful when doing a manual spyware removal since deleting the incorrect registry key or file can damage your operating system.

Automatic Spyware Removal

I highly recommend using the automatic spyware removal method for most computer users because it is safe and quick. In the automatic removal method, all you need to do is download and install a good spyware removal tool such as Spyware Doctor. If you cannot access the Internet or are unable to run the spyware removal installation program, then you need to boot Windows into Safe Mode as described here. Once the spyware remover is installed, update the spyware program’s threat database and then run a scan to detect the spyware and other malware infections. Delete or quarantine the infected files. Reboot your PC and re-run the spyware scan again to make sure all malicious items are removed. With the automatic spyware removal method, there is no chance you will accidently delete or modify critical operating system files. In addition, you now have an anti-spyware program that will prevent any future spyware threats.
